Ingredients:
- Chicken strips ½ kg
- Soy sauce 1 tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
- Mayonnaise 3/4 Cup
- Knorr chili garlic sauce 5 tbs
- Knorr tomato ketchup 3 tbs
- Shahad (Honey) 1 tsp
- Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tsp
- Cooking oil 1 tbs
- Gajar (Carrot) julienne ½ Cup
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 Cup
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne 1 Cup
- Bund gobhi (Cabbage) 1 Cup
- Namak (Salt) 1/4 tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
- Corn flour ½ Cup
- Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted ½ Cup
- Paprika powder 1 tsp
- Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Dried oregano ½ tbs
- Knorr chicken powder 1 tbs
- Anday (Eggs) 2
- Pani (Water) 2-3 tbs or as required
- Cooking oil for frying
- Roti/Tortillas
Directions:
In bowl,add chicken,soy sauce,red chili powder,salt,garlic powder and mix well,cover and marinate for 30 minutes.
In bowl,add mayonnaise,chili garlic sauce,tomato ketchup,honey,vinegar and whisk well.Dynamite sauce is ready!
In wok,add cooking oil,carrot,onion,capsicum,cabbage,salt,black pepper crushed,mix well and stir fry for 1-2 minutes & set aside.
In bowl,add corn flour,all-purpose flour,paprika powder,white pepper powder,dried oregano,chicken powder and mix well.
Add eggs,water and whisk well.
Now dip marinated chicken strips into prepared batter.
In wok,heat cooking oil and fry on medium flame until golden brown.
In bowl,add fried chicken,half quantity of prepared dynamite sauce and coat well.
On tortillas,add prepared dynamite sauce,stir-fried vegetables,cooked chicken,stir-fried vegetables, warp & serve!

Karhai mein cooking oil,gajar,pyaz,shimla mirch,bund gobhi,namak aur kali mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya stir fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein corn flour,maida,paprika powder,safed mirch powder,dried oregano aur chicken powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Anday shamil karein aur ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Ab marinated chicken strips ko tayyar batter mein dip ker lein.
Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
Bowl mein fried chicken aur half quantity prepared dynamite sauce dal ker ache tarhan coat ker lein.
Tortillas per tayyar dynamite sauce,stir-fried vegetables,cooked chicken aur stir-fried vegetables dal ker warp ker lein & serve karein!
