Ingredients:
Kofta:
- Beef qeema (Mince) 1 kg
- Payz (Onion) Sliced 1 medium
- Lal mirch (Red chili) Crushed ½ tbs
- Khaskhash (Poppy seeds) Crushed 1 & ½ tsp
- Adrak leshsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder (Whole spice powder) ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
- Hari mirch (Green chili) 2
- Baisan (Gram flour) Roasted 6 tbs
- Hara dhania (Green coriander) Handful
- Ande (Eggs) Hard boiled 6-8
- Oil for deep frying
Gravy:
- Oil ½ cup
- Pyaz (Onion) Pureed 1 cup
- Adrak leshsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Tomato paste 1 cup
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tbs
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 & ½ tsp
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
- Garam masala powder (Whole spice powder) 1 tsp
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
- Dahi (Yogurt) ½ cup
- Hari mirch (Green chili) 3-4
- Hara dhania (Green coriander) 2 tbs
- Garam masala powder (Whole spice powder) 1 tsp
Directions:
For Kofta:
In chopper,add beef mince,onion,red chili crushed,poppy seeds crushed,ginger garlic paste,salt,green chili,gram flour and green coriander, chop until well combined.
Wet your hands with water and take mince mixture, flat it on your palm then put boiled egg and coat with a thick layer of mince.
In wok,heat oil and deep fry kofta until golden brown 3-4 minutes each side on low flame and set aside.
For Gravy:
In pot,add oil and onion paste and cook for 2 minutes.
Add ginger garlic paste and sauté.
Add tomato paste,red chili powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,cumin powder,salt and mix,cover and cook until oil separates.
Add yogurt,cover and cook for 6-8 minutes.
Now add fried nargisi kofta,green chili,green coriander,whole spice powder,cover and cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes.
Nargisi koftay is ready to serve.

Chopper mein beef qeema,pyaz,lal mirch crushed,khaskhash,adrak lehsan paste,namak,hari mirch,baisan aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.
Pani sa haath geela karein aur qeema mixture ko haath ki hateli mein pheela lein aur boiled anda rakh ker qeema sa cover ker lein.
Karhai mein oil garam karein aur koftay ko halki ancch per 3-4 minute kliya dono sides sa golden brown fry ker lein,side per rakh dein.
For Gravy:
Pot mein oil aur pyaz ka paste dal ker 2 minute kliya paka lein.
Adrak lehsan paste dal ker saute ker lein.
Tamatar paste,lal mirch powder,dhania powder,haldee powder,zeera powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein,dhak ker oil alag hunay tak paka lein.
Dahi shamil karein,dhak ker 6-8 minute kliya paka lein.
Ab is mein fried kofta,hari mirch,hara dhania aur garam masala powder shamil karein,dhak ker halki ancch per 10-12 minute kliya paka lein.
