Ingredients:
- Paneer (Cottage cheese) 500g
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
- Nestle milkpak yogurt 1 & ½ Cups
- Baisan (Gram flour) roasted 1 tbs
- Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 1 tbs
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- Garam masala powder ½ tsp
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 1 tbs
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
- Sarson ka tel (Mustard oil) 2 tbs
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubed 1 large
- Pyaz (Onion) cubed 1 large
- Tamatar (Tomato) cubed 1 large
- Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
Chutney:
- Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4
- Podina (Mint leaves) ½ Cup
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) ½ Cup
- Baisan (Gram flour) roasted 1 tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1/4 tsp or to taste
- Adrak (Ginger) 1 inch piece
- Lehsan (Garlic) 2 cloves
- Sarson ka tel (Mustard oil) 1 tbs
- Lemon juice 3-4 tbs
- Pani (Water) 1-2 tbs or as required
Directions:
In bowl,add cottage cheese,salt,red chilli powder,mix well & set aside.
In bowl,add yogurt,roasted gram flour,Kashmiri red chilli powder,turmeric powder,garam masala powder,cumin seeds,green chilli paste,fresh coriander,salt,ginger garlic paste,mustard oil and whisk well.
Add capsicum,onion,tomato and mix well.
Add cottage cheese and coat well.
Thread cottage cheese cubes & vegetables into skewers (makes 10-12).
In grill pan,add cooking oil and fry skewers from all sides until golden brown.
Chutney:
In blender,add green chillies,mint leaves,fresh coriander,gram flour,salt,ginger,garlic,mustard oil,lemon juice and blend until well combined.
Add water and blend again.

Directions:
Bowl mein paneer,namak aur lal mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein dahi,roasted baisan,Kashmiri lal mirch powder,haldee powder,garam masala powder,zeera, hari mirch paste,hara dhania,namak,adrak lehsan paste aur sarson ka tel dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Shimla mirch,pyaz aur tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Paneer dal ker ache tarhan coat ker lein.
Paneer cubes aur vegetables ko skewers per laga lein (makes 10-12).
Grill pan mein cooking oil dal dein aur skewers ko tamam sides sa golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
Chutney:
Blender mein hari mirch,podina,hara dhania,baisan,namak,adrak,lehsan,sarson ka tel aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein.
Pani dal ker dubara blend ker lein.
