Ingredients:
- Mutton qeeam (Mince) ½ kg (without fat)
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) fried 2 tbs
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
- Chanay ka powder (Chickpea powder) roasted 2 tbs
- Bread slices 2
- Rafhan corn oil ½ Cup
- Pyaz (Onion) grinded 1 medium
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Tamatar (Tomato) grinded 2 medium
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
- Garam masala powder ½ tsp
- Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmir red chili) powder 1 tsp (optional)
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
- Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) 1/4 tsp
- Javatri powder (Mace powder) 1/4 tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp or to taste
- Kashkhash (Poppy seeds) powder ½ tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) fried 2 tbs crushed
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste ½ tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 1 Cup
- Pani (Water) 2 & ½ Cups or as required
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
- Hari mirch (Green chilli)
Directions:
In chopper,add mutton mince,ginger garlic paste,fried onion,red chili powder,coriander powder,salt, cumin powder,chickpea powder,bread slices and chop until well combined.
Grease hands with corn oil,take a mixture (44 gms) and make meat balls of equal sizes (makes 14).
In wok,add corn oil,grinded onion and mix well.
Add ginger garlic paste,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Add grinded tomato,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add turmeric powder,cumin powder,garam masala powder,Kashmiri red chili powder,coriander powder,nutmeg powder,mace powder,red chili powder,poppy seeds,fried onion,green chilli,salt and mix well.
Add yogurt,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Add water,mix well and bring it to boil,cover and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
Now add meat balls and mix gently.
Cover and cook on low flame for 12-15 minutes.
Add fresh coriander and green chilli,cover and simmer for 2 minutes.
Garnish with fresh coriander & serve!

Chopper mein mutton mince,adrak lehsan paste,fried onion,lal mirch powder,dhania powder,namak, zeera powder,chanay ka powder aur bread slices dal dein aur ache tarhan chop ker lein.
Haathon ko corn oil sa grease karein aur mixture ko la ker ek jaisay sizes (44 gms) ka koftay tayyar ker lein (makes 14).
Karhai mein corn oil aur grinded pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4-5 minutes liya paka lein.
Grinded tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Haldee powder,zeera powder,garam masala powder,kashimiri lal mirch powder,dhania powder,jaifil powder,javatri powder,lal mirch powder,kashkhash,fried pyaz,hari mirch aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Dahi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
Pani dal ker mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kiya paka lein.
Ab koftay shamil karein aur gently mix ker lein.
Dhak dein aur halki ancch per 12-15 minutes kliya paka lein.
Hara dhania aur hari mirch dal ker dhak dein aur 2 minutes kliya dum per rakh dein.
Hara dhania sa garnish ker ka serve karein.
