Ingredients:
- Khameer (Instant yeast) 2 tsp
- Cheeni (Sugar) ½ tbs
- Neem garam pani (Lukewarm water) ½ Cup
- Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups
- Makai ka atta (Corn meal/Maize flour) sifted ½ Cup
- Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Neem garam pani (Lukewarm water) 3/4 Cup or as required
- Cooking oil 1 tsp
- Cooking oil 1 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) peeled & chopped 3 medium
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Knorr Tomato ketchup 1/4 Cup
- Knorr Chili garlic sauce 2 tbs
- Dried oregano 1 tsp
- Dried basil leaves ½ tsp
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
- Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed 1 tsp
- Chicken boneless cubes 300 gms
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
- Dried oregano 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Lehsan (Garlic) crushed ½ tbs
- Soy sauce 1 tbs
- Ice cubes crushed 1-2 cubes
- Mozzarella cheese grated as required
- Cheddar cheese grated as required
- Pyaz (Onion) slices
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne
- Black olives

Directions:
In small jug,add instant yeast,cheeni,water and mix,cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
In bowl,add all-purpose flour,corn meal/maize flour,salt and mix well.
Add cooking oil,dissolve yeast mixture and mix well.
Gradually add lukewarm water and knead until dough is formed.
Add cooking oil and knead again.
Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes or until double in size.
In saucepan,add cooking oil,garlic and onion,mix well and sauté until translucent.
Add tomatoes and salt,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes,cover and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes then blend until smooth with the help of the hand blender.
Add knorr tomato ketchup,chili garlic sauce,dried oregano,dried basil leaves,black pepper crushed,red chili crushed,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes & set aside.
In chopper,add chicken boneless cubes,black pepper crushed,red chili powder,dried oregano,salt,garlic, soy sauce and chop until well combined.
Add ice cubes,chop again & refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Grease loose bottom pan/springform pan (8 inch round) with oil and sprinkle corn meal/maize flour & set aside.
Knead dough again,sprinkle dry flour and divide into two equal parts.
Take one part,make a ball and roll out with the help of rolling pin and transfer to the prepared baking pan and set properly.
Add mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese,chicken mince,onion slices,capsicum,black olives,prepared pizza sauce,chedder cheese,mozzarella cheese,black olives,capsicum and red chili crushed (makes 2).
Bake in preheated oven at 200 C for 35 minutes.

Directions:
Chotay jug mein khameer,cheeni aur pani dal ker mix karein aur dhak ker 10 minutes kliya rakh dein.
Bowl mein maida,makai ka atta aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Cooking oil aur dissolve khameer mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Thora thora ker ka neem garam pani shamil karein aur dhond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
Cooking oil dal ker dubara dhond lein.
Dhak ker 30 minutes ya size double hunay tak rakh dein.
Saucepan mein cooking oil,lehsan aur pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur translucent hunay tak sauté ker lein.
Tamatar aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein phir hand blender ki madad sa smooth hunay tak blend ker lein.
Knorr tomato ketchup,chili garlic sauce,dried oregano,dried basil leaves,kali mirch crushed aur lal mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein & side per rakh dein.
Chopper mein chicken boneless cubes,kali mirch crushed,lal mirch crushed,dried oregano,namak,lehsan aur soy sauce dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.
Ice cubes dal ker dubara chop ker lein aur 10 minutes kliya refrigerate ker lein.
Loose bottom pan/sprinform pan (8 inch round) ko oil sa grease ker ka makai ka atta chirak dein & side per rakh dein.
Dough ko dubara ghond lein aur maida chirak ker do equal parts mein divide ker lein.
Ek part lein aur ball bana ker rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein aur tayyar baking pan per rakh ker properly set ker lein.
Mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese,chicken qeema,pyaz,shimla mirch,black olives,tayyar pizza sauce, cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,black olives,shimla mirch aur lal mirch crushed dal dein (makes 2).
Preheated oven mein 200 C per 35 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
