Slightly grind rice in a spice mill or in zip lock bag,add soaked rice and slightly crushed.
In pot,add milk and bring it to boil,add crushed rice and cook for 8-10 minutes, keep stirring in between.
Add sugar,cardamom powder,mix well and cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes or until rice are cooked and keep stirring in between.
Add almonds and khoa,mix well.
In the end,add kewra essence and give it a good mix.
Rice Kheer is ready to serve.
Pot mein doodh dal ker ubal lein,crushed rice dal ker 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein aur musalsal chamcha chalatay rahein.
Cheeni,elaichi powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 10-15 minutes kliya paka lein ya jab tak chawal achi tarah pak jayen. Musalsal chamcha chalatay rahein.
Badam aur khoa dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Akhir mein kewra water / Rose water dal ker mix ker lein.
Chawal ki Kheer serve kerna kliya tayyar hai.
