Ingredients:
Red Sauce with Beef/Mutton:
- Cooking oil 1-2 tsp
- Qeema (Mince) Beef/Mutton ½ kg
- Tomato puree 1 & ½ Cups
- Tomato paste 4 tbs
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp or to taste
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
- Dried oregano 1 tsp
- Dried basil leaves 1 & ½ tsp
- Pani (Water) 2 Cups or as required
White Sauce:
- Makhan (Butter) 100 gms
- Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted ½ Cup
- Doodh (Milk) 3 Cups
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) 1/4 tsp
Baingan (Eggplant):
- Baingan (Eggplant) 1 kg
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Cooking oil 1 tsp
Assembling:
- Mozzarella cheese grated as required
- Cheddar cheese grated or as required
- Dried oregano to sprinkle
Directions:
Prepare Red Sauce with Beef/Mutton:
In frying pan,add cooking oil,beef/mutton mince and mix well until beef changes color.
Add tomato puree,tomato paste and mix well.
Add salt,black pepper powder,red chili powder,garlic,dried oregano,dried basil leaves and mix well.
Add water and mix well,cover and cook on low flame for 30-35 minutes & set aside.
Prepare White Sauce:
In saucepan,add butter and let it melt.
Add all-purpose flour and mix well for 1 minute.
Gradually add milk and mix continuously.
Add salt,black pepper powder,nutmeg powder and cook until sauce thickens & set aside.
Baingan (Eggplant):
Slice eggplant into long & thin strips,sprinkle salt,red chili powder and black pepper powder on both sides and rub evenly & set aside.
In grill pan,add cooking oil and grill eggplant slices from both sides until golden brown (approx. 2-3 minutes each side) & set aside.
Assembling:
In baking dish,add & spread red sauce with beef/mutton,place fried eggplant slices then add & spread white sauce,mozzarella cheese,red sauce with beef/mutton,fried eggplant,red sauce with beef/mutton,white sauce,cheddar cheese and sprinkle dried oregano.
Bake in preheated at 180 C for 25-30 minutes.

Frying pan mein cooking oil aur beef/mutton qeema dal dein aur beef ka rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Tomato puree aur tomato paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Namak,kali mirch powder,lal mirch powder,lehsan,dried oregano aur dried basil leaves dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 30-35 minutes kliya paka lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare White Sauce:
Saucepan mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
Maida dal ker 1 minute kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Thora thora ker ka doodh shamil karein aur musalsal mix kertay rahein.
Namak,kali mirch powder aur jaifil powder dal dein aur sauce garha hunay tak paka lein & side per rakh dein.
Baingan (Eggplant):
Baingan ko long & thin slices mein cut ker lein aur namak,lal mirch powder aur kali mirch powder dal ker dono sides per evenly rub ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Grill pan mein cooking oil dal dein aur baingan ka slices ko dono sides sa golden brown hunay tak grill ker lein (approx. 2-3 minutes each side) aur side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
Baking dish mein red sauce with beef/mutton dal ker evenly pheela lein,fried baingan slices rakh ker white sauce dal ker pheela lein,mozzarella cheese,red sauce with beef/mutton,fried baingan,red sauce with beef/mutton,white sauce aur cheddar cheese dal ker dried oregano sprinkle ker lein.
Preheated oven mein 180 C per 25-30 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
